In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the legislation applicable in Italy, i.e. Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 101/2018 (hereinafter the Privacy Code), please be informed that your data will be processed by the company Anci servizi S.r.l. a socio unico as Data Controller pursuant to Article 4 GDPR (hereinafter the Controller).

Data is processed in accordance with the conditions of lawfulness under Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for purposes connected to the relationship established on each occasion with the Controller; therefore, its legal basis consists in the reasons for which contact is made with the Controller, namely in giving feedback to your requests through the “contact us” area (legal basis: consent as indicated in Article 4 paragraph 11 GDPR).
Processing of the data disclosed to the Controller will include, inter alia, managing, organising, using, storing, disclosing such data to business partners – i.e. parties clearly identified in the website, with which initiatives are developed – destroying and modifying data following your request, and accessing data.
Data will be processed in paper form and/or electronically by parties specially authorised to do so.
The Controller will not request any data of yours falling under special data categories (Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
The data will only be stored for the amount of time necessary to fulfil the purpose the data was collected for.
The Controller does not make use in any way of automated decision-making processes regarding your personal data.
The Controller informs you that you have the rights of access listed under Article 15 of the Regulation and are also entitled to:
- ask the Controller to permit you to access your personal data and correct or delete the data, or request limitation of data processing or object to data processing;
- the right to data portability;
- revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of data processing on the basis of consent given prior to revocation, if processing is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a), or Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a);
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise the rights listed above, or for further information on the processing of your personal data or for communications regarding privacy issues, please send an email to the DPO at email@example.com, indicating “exercise of VCS right” as its subject and specifying your name and surname, the email address you wish us to reply to, and the right you wish to exercise, and we will provide an answer within the term indicated in Article 12 GDPR.
Should the Controller intend to process the data subject’s personal data for a purpose other than that for which it was collected, the data subject will be informed in advance of this new purpose and all other pertinent information, and the Controller must obtain his or her explicit consent.
Having regard to all the above, the continuation of the relationship with the Controller or the sending of personal data using the Form in the “contact us” area of the website will be intended as a free, specific and informed expression of the data subject who, through a positive action, gives his/her consent to data processing by the Controller (in accordance with Article 4 paragraph 11).
