The Data Controller hereby informs you that the personal data you supply by browsing this website is processed, in line with the principles of lawfulness provided for under art. 6 of the GDPR, for purposes relating to the relationship established with the Data Controller and therefore data processing is legally justified, as required by art. 13 c) of the GDPR, by the purposes for which the relationship is established with the Data Controller, i.e. in this particular case, freely accessing the latter’s website as a visitor or user.

We collect a very limited amount of data from visitors to our website, primarily technical in nature, for instance in order to manage the services we supply (such as responses to your requests). We remind you that messages sent by users and filling and and submitting any forms that may be present on the website will result in acquisition of the sender’s contact information, which is necessary to respond to the message, and of all the personal data included in the message.

To exercise the rights listed above or for more information, simply send an e-mail to the following e-mail address: privacy@assocalzaturifici.it stating the wording: exercising of rights under the GDPR in the subject line and specifying the right that you wish to exercise in the body of the email. Once your request has been processed, the Data Controller will send feedback in the terms set forth in art. 12 of the GDPR.

We are entitled to refuse to satisfy your request only in the presence of one of the following reasons:

  • to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;
  • to fulfil an obligation under the law or perform a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority;
  • for reasons of public health in the public interest;
  • for record-keeping, research or statistical purposes, or to exercise or defend a legal right

When satisfying a valid request for deletion of data, we will take all reasonable measures to delete the data in question.

Please note that, upon website visitors sending e-mails to the addresses indicated on this website, for purposes specified case by case, the Data Controller shall acquire and subsequently process the sender’s e-mail address and any other personal data included in the missive, adopting the methods specified by and for the purposes indicated in the aforementioned Privacy Policy. Moreover, by sending emails, the website visitors or users are deemed as having read and accepted said Privacy Policy.

Browsing data: during normal operations, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.
